  3. I've never been to this sale. Does it get crazy and are the lines really long?

  4. So I just came back. They have tons of boots/booties and the usual suspects (heels and flats mainly from last year). Prices are not worth it (heels are $99, booties are 105 and boots are $140) unless you are looking for a particular style soldout. May be worth it if you are in the market for wellies ($25 and $70 for Hunters and Aigle). I scored a pair of Aigle riding boots for $70 and a paĆr of toirtoire ballet flats for $65 so I am pretty happy.

  5. Agree with Ema - really high prices made it not worth it!

In fact, I saw a pair of heels with the store tag (which read $49.99!!) still attached.

Of course, I'm sure the nice sample sale people would have charged me the flat $99 for pumps. No thanks!

  6. I forgot to mention that the jewelry is REALLY not worth it this time around, all stuff from FS that has been around for ages (I was there at 2 pm though so it may be that they had sold the good stuff).
It's really a shoe sale, if you are looking for shoes and in particular boots it could be worth it if you are in the area.

  7. Updates:

    Price reduction:
    Booties - $70
    Mid-calf boots - $85
    Tall boots - $100
    Collection shoes - $100
    Heels - $65
    Ballet Flats - $35

Scored a faded black leather Metropolitan booties, Bailey feather peep toes, Pippa patent peep toes, Starlight glitter flats, and Soleil nubuck platform heels. It's literally a shoes sample sale! There are racks of heels and boots!

  8. YES! They have 2 full racks or at least 2 full tables of shoes in every size. The whole place is shoes only. Not too many collection shoes - Colleen flats & heels, Jemma jeweled slingback, Bailey feather heels, Belle fleur mirror heels, Diamonte jeweled peep toes, Luciana heels...

Here are what I saw at the sample sale:
    - Starlight Sylvia heels (sequins), Pippa peep toes (patent leather and metallic) & flats, Abby toe cap heels & flats, Juliet suede heels, Jewel box suede heels, Marlene crisscross platform, Charlie ruffled suede heels & mary jane, Starla satin pumps, Harper suede & metallic heels, Molly peep toes, Cossette mary jane, Kelcey suede flats...

Don't really know the name of most of the boots but there are plenty of flat & heeled boots - Metropolitan suede and leather booties, Sahara boots, Cardova shearling boots, Vintage leather tall & short roaster boots.
    Hope this helps!

  9. I thought the shoe sale was actually pretty good, but I only went Thursday and Friday when I knew there would be markdowns.

Yesterday I got the Metropolitan booties in faded black leather which for $70 is a great price for ankle booties.

Today I picked up the Nottingham tall leather flat boots in a dark brown. I just love the way that the calf is small so that it keeps legs looking slim. They were a steal at $100. And I also got a pair of Black fringed moccasin booties for $35.

Everything was in good condition and I'm a size 7/7.5. I was really jealous of all of the people with size 10 because there was a lot more selection.

All of the decent flats were gone by Friday (marked down to $35 on Thursday).

If you're looking for a pair of tall boots, it's worth checking out. For $100 you can't go wrong.
