I have to say, that at first I wasn't feeling Madewell. (Frankly, I am not their target demographic.) But as of lately, it really is starting to grow on me (from the clothing to the styling). Go Madewell!

Since I work right next to the Madewell in Austin, I stop in from time to time. It is really more my daughter's store than mine, but I did pick up a few jewelry items on sale for myself last week, as well as a plaid shirt and the velvet sleeve and pocket tee for my daughter. It's a nice store with friendly SAs and I also look forward to shopping in the Newbury location next week when I am in Boston to visit my daughter!
ReplyDeleteI don't live close to any Madewell stores, so unless they offer free shipping both ways I will not be shopping from them. Sorry Mickey, but if you want to entice new customers you've got to give more incentives to shop.
ReplyDeleteNo luck with the SCORE code on the internet. The VC97BT code did work.
ReplyDeleteI did some mock check-outs. "Score" is not working if you only have sale items in your cart.
ReplyDelete"Score" only worked for me when I included one non-sale item in my cart. (The non-sale item did not need to total more than $100.)
That's not fair, esp. since this is not indicated in the fine print.
The new code "YESPLEASE" is for free shipping on ANY order. I just placed an order for a necklace and cardigan, both items that I've been eyeing that went on sale recently.
